A style of combat that consists of performing multiple trips, throws and takedown techniques to gain top control.

A traditional style of combat of China that consists of using different style of strikes.

Hi there! I’m Austin, martial artist, competitor, blogger & owner of the Mixed Martial Arts Lifestyle (MMAL) blog. Martial Arts have been one of my biggest passions since I was 13 years old, which has made a big impact in my life!
