Boxing
A style of combat that consists of using only the hands to strike along with using head movement to dodge strikes.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
A grappling style of combat of Brazil. This discipline consists of performing takedowns, sweeps and submission techniques while on the ground.

Wrestling
A style of combat that consists of performing multiple trips, throws and takedown techniques to gain top control.

Kung Fu
A traditional style of combat of China that consists of using different style of strikes.

MMA
A style of combat that involves mixing all the disciplines together along with adding ground strikes.

Taekwondo
A traditional style of combat of Korea that consists of using mostly different kicking techniques than punching techniques.
