Hi there! I’m Austin, martial artist, competitor, blogger & owner of the Mixed Martial Arts Lifestyle (MMAL) blog. Martial Arts have been one of my biggest passions since I was 13 years old, which has made a big impact in my life! Ever since I found martial arts, I became obsessed with the science behind each self-defensive art & the health benefits it brings.
